Mobile Suit Gundam: Gihren's Greed is Bandai's 1998 PS1 grand strategy game set in the Universal Century Gundam timeline, allowing players to command any of the major factions from the original Mobile Suit Gundam — the Earth Federation, the Principality of Zeon, and others — in a conflict spanning the entire One Year War. Named after Zeon's ruthless supreme commander Gihren Zabi, the game is notable for allowing players to win the war from Zeon's perspective — a morally complex framing that leaned into the original series' nuanced portrayal of both sides.
