Hiryuu no Ken S: Hyper Version is Culture Brain's 1993 Super Famicom entry in the Hiryuu no Ken martial arts action series — a franchise that had been running since the Famicom era combining beat-em-up action with fighting game mechanics. Known in the West as Flying Dragon, the series crossed hardware generations with Culture Brain as one of the more prolific developers of the SFC era.
